How to get started:
1. Artists, producers and songwriters will pay to get constructive feedback from a real music industry professional so they can learn how to improve their music and get a foot in the door of opportunity. THEMUSICBLAST.com has a panel of “industry professionals” to do this. If you become one of our industry panelists, whenever there is interest in your skill or your company, you’ll have an opportunity to earn money listening to new music and providing valuable feedback.
2. You use our media player to listen to the audio track provided by the artist, and when you are finished listening or while you are listening, you will be able to provide your thoughts, opinions, advise and next steps. (Demos are typically 5 minutes long.)
3. You answer the questions and provide advice, guidance and next steps for the artist to take. See a sample review.
4. You can provide your contact information to any artist at anytime if you are interested in moving forward offline.
5. You’ll earn $10 (paid by check or PayPal).
Who can be a panelist and how to become a music panelist
1. Be at least 18 years old and currently working in any entertainment media related company. (Management, marketing, record label, promotion, venue, entertainment, film, DJ, radio etc)
2. Have your own PC or Mac (Mac OS X 9 or higher) and a broadband Internet connection.
3. Fill out a one-page form with your biographic information (company, experience etc.). (Application Form)
4. Email us your application and we will contact you to verify. When we recieve your form, we will give you a quick call to verify your information and confirm your availablity to review music within 30 days.
