of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, has had over 8 years experience in
global CIO and MIS (Management of Information Systems) services. Prior
to founding RMJ Global, Mr. Moore Jr. served as the global CIO Services
Operations and Analysis manager at two industry leading
telecommunication companies (Avaya Inc. & Lucent Technologies). His
duties included global business manager of all intranet programs and
lead information architect. He also served as a Sr. Business Analyst &
Information Architect at Merck & Co. and The Vanguard Group.

Principal Act 2 Records
Mr. Hirsch has been active in the Music Industry since 1999. At that time he became a Principal in Acts Records Group, Ltd., a Gospel Music company based in Chicago, IL.. During his tenure there, Mr. Hirsch helped Acts Records become one of the leading Urban Contemporary Gospel Labels. Mr. Hirsch helped produce projects for such nationally known groups as: The St. Sabina Levites, Joyce Hurley, & Micah & Urban Cru.
Act 2 Records represents Mr. Hirsch's venture into the secular music scene. His vision/goal is to create a company whereby new artists will have a vehicle to develop their talents & skills to the point where they can progress to the next level in the industry. In essence, Act 2 Records is a conduit for talent for the Major Labels. In simple terms, the Label will serve as a Farm System or Minor Leagues for Artists, and allow them the time to develop their skills so that they can succeed at the next level.
Prior to joining Acts Records, Mr. Hirsch was a successful entrepreneur, owning and managing a successful Distribution Company in the Chicago Area, and eventually selling that enterprise in 1998.
Mr. Hirsch has an MBA from The University of Illinois, with areas of concentration in Finance & Marketing, and a BA degree from The University of Wisconsin with an emphasis in Political Science.
Mr. Hirsch grew up and lived in Chicago, Illinois, and upon starting Act 2 Records relocated to the Philadelphia area, where he currently resides.
Glen Hall

Mr. Hall has 26 years of proven sales/sales management experience in
leading and developing sales representatives, sales managers, account
executives, and other field based personnel in the highly
demanding/competitive medical device industry.
Mr. Hall’s expertise/core competencies include recruiting, hiring,
developing, and retaining talented employees. He is recognized for the
ability to develop employees' professional growth, improve productivity
and enhance each employee's contributions to improve the company’s
bottom-line. Mr. Hall’s talents include strategic analysis & planning,
filed marketing & education, start-up and/or re-building sales teams.
He has proven success in driving dynamic revenue gains within highly
competitive medical industries. Excellent oral, written, analytical,
decision-making and problem-solving skills are among additional
attributes Mr. Hall delivers to an organization.
Mr. Hall holds a B.S. in business administration/marketing and minor in
economics 1980, from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.
Currently he is the vice president of sales for a $35+million dollar
healthcare consulting and research organization.

over ten years of business development experience, his efforts have been
concentrated in the areas of electronic commerce, software development
and real estate asset management. As founder of ePerience, Inc., Mr.
Johnson successfully guided its efforts of providing creative solutions
while achieving customer satisfaction. Under his direction, ePerience
transitioned seamlessly from technology innovator to real estate asset
management specialist with an expertise in military housing. Serving as
an international e-business consultant, he has worked extensively
outside the United States with projects in England, France, and
Jamaica. Through his expertise, best-of-breed technology is
incorporated in every Future Care Group initiative, thereby providing
for a more efficient workflow. Although he is an advocate of
technology, Mr. Johnson believes that people are the strength behind any
successful organization. Bridging the digital divide has always been a
passion of Mr. Johnson’s, which will continue to drive this portion of
The Future Care Group’s community development platform. By developing
